Adelphi's Department of Theatre Presents Caryl Churchill's "Love and Information"

Garden City, NY (10/17/2024) — Join Adelphi University's talented theater students for the presentation of renowned playwright Caryl Churchill's "Love and Information," opening on Wednesday, October 30. The show will run through November 3, with a talkback session included after the opening night performance.

The show creates a fast-moving theatrical kaleidoscope exploring more than a hundred characters in over 50 short scenes as they try to make sense of what they know and what they find out. This is a play unlike any other that explores what it means to be human in a modern world and tackles the tension between the concepts of Love and Information. The production is directed by Adelphi's Maggie Lally and arranged by Concord Theatricals for Samuel French, Inc.

Adelphi's fall main stage production of "Love and Information" will begin at 6:30 p.m. on October 30, 7:30 p.m. October 31, 7:30 p.m. on November 1, 2:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on November 2, and 2 p.m. on November 3. All shows will be held in the Olmsted Theater.

Tickets start at $30, with discounts available to seniors, students, Adelphi alumni and employees. For more information call the Lucia and Steven N.
