Adelphi Offers 200+ Flexible Summer College Courses - Registration Now Open

Garden City, NY (03/24/2026) — Adelphi University will offer more than 200 undergraduate and graduate-level online, hybrid, hyflex and in-person courses to fit easily into any summer schedule. Adelphi's 2026 summer courses will be offered in two sessions: May 26- June 30 and July 6- August 9. Most in-person classes will be held at Adelphi's Garden City campus.

Registration for 2026 summer courses is now open for continuing Adelphi students, visiting students, transfer students and Class of 2026 high school graduates. Registration will open on April 6 for high school students entering grades 9-12 in the fall.

New $2,000 Summer Welcome Award Available

New incoming first-year and transfer students who enroll in a Summer 2026 course may also be eligible for Adelphi's $2,000 Summer Welcome Award, which will be applied as a credit to their Fall 2026 tuition bill, subject to eligibility requirements and terms.

Get Ahead: Convenient Online or In-Person Summer Courses

Adelphi's summer options range from introductory and advanced undergraduate courses, research and independent study options, and specialized seminars to graduate coursework, boot camps and practicums, led by exceptional Adelphi faculty.

These courses include: accounting, business administration, finance, biology, chemistry, history, earth science, entrepreneurship, education, marketing, nursing, mathematics, music history, computer science, art classes such as "From Disney To Burton And Beyond: The History Of Animation" and many more. Adelphi's Early College Experience for High School Students

Adelphi will also host its signature summer pre-college programs for high school students at its Garden City campus from July 12 through August 1. Applications for the summer pre-college are now open. Options include a one-week, non-credit commuter experience and a three-week, credit-bearing program available in both residential and commuter formats

Session I and Session II are not the only summer options. Adelphi also offers courses that meet outside of those set dates.
