Adelphi Offers Workshop on Flexible Degree Programs for Working and Busy Individuals - November 13
Garden City, NY (10/24/2024) — Adelphi University's College of Professional and Continuing Students (CPCS) will conduct a free workshop on Wednesday, November 13, to provide details about the University's flexible degree programs designed for busy students.
The event, "Degree Programs for Working and Busy Individuals," aims to address the challenges faced by individuals of all ages who struggle to obtain undergraduate and graduate degrees due to competing life priorities. The leadership of Adelphi's CPCS will be present to offer valuable insights into the various programs offered, incentives available for eligible candidates, and the unique delivery methods employed by the university.
Adelphi recognizes the need for flexibility in education and has developed online and asynchronous courses that can be completed in 7-1/2 week terms. These programs also take into consideration the professional and life experiences of students, offering them the opportunity to earn credits toward degree completion.
The information session will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. at Adelphi's Center for Recreation and Sports in Campbell Lounges 1 and 2. Interested individuals must pre-register to secure their spot.
This informative seminar is made possible through the support of Adelphi's Faculty-in-Residence Program, Student Affairs, and Residential Life.
