Event speakers are Marc Strachan, chairman of the Adelphi Board of Trustees and former executive vice president and chief client officer of Publicis Sapient, and Luke Cooper, a tech entrepreneur and founder and former CEO of Fixt. They will discuss leadership differences past and present, diversity in the workplace and lessons they learned about what it takes to lead.

In 2020, Fixt was sold to insurance giant Assurant.

In addition to investing in and advising companies in his portfolio, Cooper is a partner at Preface Ventures, a $23M fund focused on enterprise SaaS. Cooper's latest venture, Latimer, is a $500M fund focused on creating outcomes for women- and BIPOC-owned businesses.
