Celebrate Stephen Sondheim with Adelphi's Best of Broadway at Adelphi PAC this February

Garden City, NY (02/09/2022) — Adelphi University's own students show off their talents in song and dance as they pay tribute to the late Broadway composer Stephen Sondheim in Adelphi's Best of Broadway. The perennial favorite show takes place at Adelphi University Performing Arts Center (PAC) on Saturday, February 19 and Sunday, February 20.

The musical revue will include selections from Sondheim's greatest shows that redefined Broadway musicals, including West Side Story, Sunday in the Park with George, Company, and more. Adelphi's Best of Broadway is part of the Poole Family Broadway Series at the Adelphi PAC, which is generously sponsored by Mary Jane and Thomas Poole.

Adelphi's Best of Broadway will begin at 8 p.m. on Saturday, February 19 and 4 p.m. on Sunday, February 20, on the Westermann Stage at Adelphi's PAC Concert Hall. The February 20 show will also be livestreamed for those unable to attend in person.

Tickets are $25, with discounts available to seniors, students, alumni and employees. Livestream access is $5. For more information, call the Lucia and Steven N. Anyone under 3 does not need to show proof of a test. All guests, regardless of age or vaccination status, will be required to wear masks while inside the Adelphi PAC.
