Adelphi Hosts Experts for Panel on How Technology Transforms Customer Experience
Garden City, NY (10/26/2022) — Customer experience and relationships are a vital component of business success. On Monday, November 14, a panel discussion hosted by Adelphi University's Don Center will teach audiences how to transform customer relationships to ensure customer delight through technologies.
"Transforming Customer Relationships and Customer Experience through Technology," will be held at 2:30 p.m. in an online format.
Expert panelists will include Alexandru Oanca, Cross OU Services Director at Salesforce, Aniel Sud, CTO at Optimizely and Ian Ziskin, president of EXec EXcel Group LLC. The discussion will be moderated by Stephanie Berger, adjunct professor in Adelphi's Willumstad School of Business.
