Forbes Names Adelphi Among America's Best Employers
Garden City, NY (08/20/2024) — For the third consecutive year, Forbes has named Adelphi University among America's Best Employers By State for 2024. This year, 101 employers in New York State were recognized. Adelphi as the only university on Long Island to make the list.
To determine which companies made the list, Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to survey 70,000 employees across the country at companies with more than 500 employees, asking them to rate their employer overall and in categories such as work environment, gender pay equity, opportunities for advancement, pride in the company's product or services and more.
