Industry Experts to Share Information Technology Innovations and Trends
Garden City, NY (04/07/2023) — There's not an industry or person that hasn't integrated information technology (IT) into their professional and personal lives. IT is critical to how we communicate, manage projects, source materials and information, and more.
On Thursday, April 20, Adelphi University's Don Center will host two industry experts, who will discuss innovative IT implementations and trends and share lessons they've learned that everyone can benefit from.
The event, "Innovations in Information Technology," will be held at noon in an online (virtual) format.
The panel, moderated by Joseph Sheldrick, adjunct professor of Decision Sciences and Marketing in Adelphi's Willumstad School of Business, features two Adelphi graduates who together have 70 years of global IT industry experience:
- John Borst, BBA '83, Treasurer at New York Theatre Barn
- Jared Mroz, MS '23, Executive Director of Network Operations at Morgan Stanley
This event, sponsored by the Elizabeth and Allen Don Center for Innovative Technology and Decision Sciences, is free and open to the public; registration is required.
