IT Experts to Discuss Post-COVID Era Innovation at Adelphi Event

Garden City, NY (04/12/2021) — As businesses reopen amid the ongoing pandemic, many are turning to technology to stay afloat. Adelphi University will bring together four information technology and infrastructure experts from the manufacturing, banking and healthcare industries on Friday, April 23, to discuss innovation and how business moves forward.

Panelists at the virtual event, "Innovation: The Roadmap Ahead," will seek to explain how technological advances shape the innovation landscape for firms and industries. Panelists include Alexis Bernard, chief technology officer of Hubbell, Inc.; Tsvi Gal, head of enterprise technology services (infrastructure) at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center; John McGill, chief technology officer for Biohaven Pharmaceuticals; and Carmine Lizza, MD, chief information officer and global head of technology at Lazard.

The discussion, which will run from 10 a.m. to noon, will be followed by a question and answer session with the audience. A networking session follows after the talk.

The event is sponsored by the Elizabeth and Allen Don Center for Innovative Technology and Decision Sciences -- part of Adelphi's Robert B. Willumstad School of Business -- and AQUABLUE.

The event is open to the public, though registration is required. To register, please visit bit.ly/4-23-21.
